The Global Business Innovative Workforce program supports students research, meetings, writing and presenting, research trip for students' global area studies (South-east Asia, India, etc.)

| Team Selection | Total 4 teams (spread by areas), team members (within 10 students except Chinese Area Research team) + Academic advisor (A professor will be assigned to each team after teams are finalized.) |
| Standard for the Selection | - Team members : examined by academic score, English proficiency, global activities, department participation, etc. - Performance Plan : Objective, Area, Research contents, Prior research plan, visiting organizations, report writing plan, etc. * A team consisted of Global Business and Global IT Business will get an extra points. |
| Financial Support | - Prior Research Cost : 500,000won limited to each team
(This include Banner, books, etc) - Traveling Cost : 90% of (airfare+insurance+visa issuance+daily cost) will be supported - Research Presentation : 4 team's research presentation hosting cost |
